Migrations, Delivery, and Operations Management

·         Led a project in the Real Estate Billing function for capturing and analyzing business information and financials for the annual finance planning cycle at GE. This project reduced manual effort of over 120 days into 15 days of automated workflow.

·         Created a project resourcing team within the operations management team to give opportunities to deserving resources for engagement in new projects design and development

·         Increased the project delivery capabilities of the team and customer trustworthiness leading to an exponential growth in projects budgeted for 2007 from offshore teams from 5% of overall projects of 37% of overall projects for the year.

 

IT Security, Infrastructure, and Asset Management

·         Conducting audits on various projects and accounts as a internal auditor for ISO 20000 certification for the organization
